CRASH! Training means practicing to gain more skills.. me and my friends where training on the teeterboard (a.k.a. the Korean Plank). The trained flyer performs various aerial somersaulting skills either landing on: padded mats, a human pyramid or as in this case... on the hard board .......ended up with a broken body! we where all terrified..Freeze... the video shows a typical day.. in our circushall.. Abstract art ..hurts! ...don´t believe everything that you see
