In the December of 2008 the exhibition went on tour. The StrangerFestival touring exhibition will criss-cross the continent, travelling to respected and renown museums and cultural centres from Amsterdam to Zagreb and from Hungary to Helsinki making a wider impact of the StrangerFestival across Europe.
Where are looking for potential institutions, musea or creative spaces who would like to host this exhibition. The concept of the StrangerFestival exhibition is very flexible and adaptible to a variety of spaces and possibilities. We can provide the host with six DVD´s regarding the different areas of the exhibition. `Privat area´, ´public area´, ´theonemintesjr portraits´, the ´2008 winner videos´ and and we can help promoting the event across our network. The StrangerFerstival exhibition goes to Italy!
The StrangerFestival exhibition will be showcased in Italy by MUSAE, which is the Urban Museum of Experimental and Emerging Arts. The biggest Italian contemporary arts event. It consists of a circuit, developed along 12 Italian regions, covering about 55 cities and allowing 900 artists to present unpublished artworks.
In 2009 MUSAE and the StrangerFestival exhibition will start in Catania, Sicily in the middle of May! From then on MUSAE will be on the road, making stops in Puglia, Campania, Trentino-Alto Adige and many other Italian regions, collaborating with exciting projects such as StrangerFestival and also crossing borders for some surprising events in other
