Submitting your data and uploading of video to StrangerFestival.com is provided by the ECF on the following terms & conditions:

Users may not communicate through this site any content (text, photos, video, works of art, sound recordings, data etc.) which is protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights owned by third parties, unless permission to do so has been expressly granted by the rights holder.

Users uploading content authorize the ECF to use the content on the StrangerFestival.com, for unlimited times and purposes, and to make available the content to other users of the StrangerFestival.com web site under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License

Users may not communicate through this site any content which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive or in any way violates any laws.

Users need the consent of their parent / guardian if they are under 16.
